Experience European style accommodations in this 37 sq meter flat on California’s beautiful Central Coast. Located in the heart of wine country and only two miles from the Morro Bay estuary, a bird sanctuary. It is a short drive to Morro Bay where you can rent kayaks or go whale watching. There are many trails for all levels of hikers or just for a stroll along the amazing coastline or in the surrounding hills. You can end the day with a glass of local wine sitting around the fire pit and planning your next day’s adventures.
I have lived in the area most of my life and worked in the local wine industry for 10 years. So, I am happy to recommend the natural wonders of the area as well as wine and culinary delights.
This is a modular home, professionally remodeled, updated, and divided into a duplex. I live in the upper part, but each apartment has its own living-space, kitchen, bath and entry.
